Please send proof of your STUDENT status by clef2015-secretariat@inp-toulouse.fr. Student registration is available for undergraduate, graduate, and PhD students ONLY. The student rate is not available to post-doctorates. The conference registration fee includes attendance at all four days of the conference and lab sessions, daily lunch and coffee breaks, the welcome reception, and the conference banquet in Toulouse city center. CLEF AssociationStarting from 2014, a small part of the fee from the CLEF conferences will be devoted to sustain the CLEF association and, in turn, all CLEF conference participants will also become members of the CLEF Association for the following year. As announced at CLEF 2013, the CLEF Association is a new-born not for profit legal entity committed to make CLEF happen. The CLEF Association will support the costs for its central coordination, as well as the preparation of Lab working notes and Springer proceedings. As a member you will be able to make use of the resources provided by CLEF and be part of a community interested in topics surrounding the evaluation of multilingual information access systems. In the registration process, you will be presented with a link to the CLEF Association statue. If you do not want your details to be kept on file by the CLEF Association, please untick the check box for the question "I have read and agree with the CLEF association statute, and would like my registration details forwarded to the CLEF association." How to registerRegistration is via ConfTool. This will take you through the entire registration and payment process. During the registration process you will be able to also book (for an additional cost) for social events (see the Social Programme page for more details). The conference registration includes the costs for one delegate to attend the conference banquet, but if you wish to buy an extra ticket you can at a cost of 60 € (during registration). For any cancellation received before the 24th July 2015, registration fees should be reimbursed except 50 € for handling fees. No reimbursement will be made for cancellation received after the 24th July 2015. All types of registration are subject to the same conditions.
